Mission #39: Start the Pirate Island Fantasy Football draft. (700pts)

Although it is impossible to get the draft done by the end of summer, I will try to start it. To completethis mission I must start the PIFF draft and then keep doing it throughout the summer. If the draft is still going well by the time the summer ends I will consider this mission completed.

If you are playing along: Sorry, you probably cant do this one, unless you are a league commissioner of a keep-em fantasy football system. If you do happen be that, then you can play along. We are going to be drafting one new person a day, so each team gets to draft about once every week and a half.
